THE HUKUM Desert Camp – Terms and Conditions Last Updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of TermsBy booking with or visiting THE HUKUM Desert Camp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Reservations & Bookings
   • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
   • All bookings are subject to availability.
   • Please provide accurate guest details (name, ID, number of guests) at the time of booking.
   • Check-in time is 2:00 PM; Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early/late arrangements must be requested in advance.

3. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the camp environment, staff, and local culture.
• Any damage to camp property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• Loud music, disruptive behavior, or any activity disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of illegal substances is strictly forbidden on camp premises.

4. Safari & Activities

• All safari and adventure activities (camel safari, jeep safari) are conducted subject to weather and safety conditions.
• THE HUKUM Desert Camp is not liable for any injury or loss during outdoor activities. Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults during safari activities.

5. Accommodation

• Swiss tents are provided for the reserved period only. Extensions are subject to availability.
• Pets are not permitted on camp premises.
• Guests must vacate the tent by check-out time to avoid additional charges.

6. Food & Dietary Requirements

• Our kitchen serves traditional Rajasthani cuisine. Special dietary needs must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

7. Liability

• THE HUKUM Desert Camp is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or damage to personal property during your stay.
• We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services to guests who violate these terms.

8. Force MajeureIn events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, extreme weather), THE HUKUM Desert Camp reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. Refunds in such cases will be handled per our Refund Policy.
9. Photography

• Guests may photograph the camp for personal use.
• Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission from management.

10. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaisalmer.
