THE HUKUM Desert Camp – Refund & Cancellation Policy Last Updated: April 2026

Advance PaymentA deposit (typically 30–50% of the total booking amount) is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Guest

How to CancelCancellations must be made in writing via email to thekukumdesertcamp@gmail.comor by calling +91 9784021198. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The date of written communication will be considered the cancellation date.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business daysvia the original payment method.
- Bank transfer charges, if any, will be borne by the guest.

ReschedulingGuests may reschedule their booking (subject to availability) by notifying us at least 7 days beforethe check-in date without any rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days may incur a nominal fee.
Cancellation by THE HUKUM Desert CampIn rare cases where we must cancel (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure, unforeseen circumstances):

We will notify you as early as possible.
A full refundof all amounts paid will be issued.
We will also make reasonable efforts to suggest alternative dates.

Non-Refundable ItemsThe following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Safari bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity
Special add-ons or customized experiences already arranged

DisputesIn case of any dispute regarding refunds, the decision of THE HUKUM Desert Camp management will be final and binding.
